Sealed Bids for the Mercer County Courthouse Exterior Door Restoration for the Mercer County Commission, which consists of the removal, restoration, and reinstallation of existing bronze doors, (4) pairs, at the Mercer County courthouse. Includes secure temporary doors with electronic hardware to be installed while existing doors are being restored. Includes the polishing of existing decorative grilles above the existing doors (to remain in place), will be received by the Mercer County Commission Office, at 1501 West Main Street, Suite 210 in Princeton, WV 24740, until 3:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on November 12, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract Documents may be examined online at TRASCO (http://www.trascoplanroom.com).
Copies of the Contract Documents (electronic and/or hard copy) are available for purchase through TRASCO at http://www.trascoplanroom.com.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 1, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. All interested parties are requested to meet the Architect at the Mercer County, West Virginia courthouse at that time.
Withdrawal of bids shall be according to Article §5-22-2 of West Virginia State Code.
The Owner does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with President’s Executive Order No. 11246, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin.
MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit Bids.
The Contract(s) shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s).
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids if it appears in its best interest to do so.

Note the filename ( Download_#### ) if you need to search for it later.
Save your file. Typically it saves by default to your ( Downloads ) folder.
Open your File Explorer and browse to your ( Downloads ) Folder.
Find the Download_###.zip file you downloaded. Right Click on the Download_####.zip file and click ( Extract All ). A Window will popup Extract Compressed ( Zipped ) Folders. The default should extract and create a sub-folder in your Downloads folder with the PDF files inside. Keep your ZIP Files in case you misplace, delete or corrupt your PDF file(s). You can always just extract them again. Once you have extracted the files this way you can move the unpacked folder or files. If you try to move the files out of the zip file any other way you run the risk of corrupting the pdf file(s)…
