Mount Rogers Community Services Renovation

Pre-Bid conference attendance shall be mandatory for those submitting a bid.

Sealed bids are invited by Mount Rogers Community Services for the renovation of an existing office building (24,776 SF) to offices, clinical space, medical services, and crisis center for Mount Rogers Community Service Board use.

Bids shall be prepared on a lump sum basis. Bids shall be received until but no later than 2:00 PM local time prevailing, November 7, 2024, at Mount Rogers Community Services, 770 West Ridge Road, Wytheville, VA 24382, Attn: Korey Kennedy. Bids will be opened and read aloud.

A Pre-bid Conference will be held at the site at 816 Glendale Rd., Galax, VA 24333 at 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Attendance shall be mandatory for those submitting a bid. A walk-through of the site will occur prior to the pre-bid conference at 9:30 AM.

Instructions for Downloads & Extracting Files.

The download queue shows your items selected to download.
Click Continue to enter payment information. Click Submit Payment to download the files.
Note the filename ( Download_#### ) if you need to search for it later.
Save your file. Typically it saves by default to your ( Downloads ) folder.
Open your File Explorer and browse to your ( Downloads ) Folder.
Find the Download_###.zip file you downloaded. Right Click on the Download_####.zip file and click ( Extract All ). A Window will popup Extract Compressed ( Zipped ) Folders. The default should extract and create a sub-folder in your Downloads folder with the PDF files inside. Keep your ZIP Files in case you misplace, delete or corrupt your PDF file(s). You can always just extract them again. Once you have extracted the files this way you can move the unpacked folder or files. If you try to move the files out of the zip file any other way you run the risk of corrupting the pdf file(s)…
