Public Projects

This project consists of the installation of approximately 287 miles of new fiber in Roane, Jackson, Gilmer, Braxton, Calhoun, Webster, Clay, and Nicholas Counties, West Virginia. The approximate 286 miles of aerial fiber and approximate 1 mile of buried fiber will be provided by the owner. This project will consist of the installation of primarily aerial fiber along existing utility right-of-way on existing utility poles. The primary purpose of this project is to deploy a fiber solution that will provide businesses and residents of the project area with broadband services of at least 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed, and which are scalable to 100/100 Mbps.

Additions and renovation of Culpeper Middle School, approximately 40,000 sf new construction and 180,000 sf renovation to existing building, including associated sitework, access roads and utilities.

Project consists of renovation and addition to City of Lexington City Hall.

This project consists of the replacement of windows in the historic Wise County Courthouse and glass replacement in the later 1979 addition.

This project consists of CONTRACT NO. 1 – (RUS/ARC ELIGIBLE) will consist of approximately 12,540 L.F. of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, 496 L.F. of 8-inch DIP gravity sewer, 1,415 L.F. of 6-inch service connection lines, 391 L.F. of 4-inch service connection lines, 1,353 L.F. of 2-inch force main, valves, service lines, meter settings, one duplex grinder pump station, and all appurtenances. Achieving substantial completion within 300 days following the issuance of notice to proceed will be received by Oakvale Road Public Service District.

The project is generally described as: Removal and replacement of existing exterior and interior entrance doors, including concrete sidewalk replacement, aluminum entrance systems, glazing, resilient flooring & base, painting, and repairs to interior finishes.

This project onsists of installing approximately 22,269 square feet of new 60 mil fully adhered EPDM membrane over new insulation on existing roof deck following complete tear-off of existing ballasted EPDM roof and built-up roof system. Additional work will include replacement of perimeter gravel stop/coping. Some mechanical units may require raising to meet the required clearance for warranty.

Low-Slope roof replacement of the Dedmon Center for Radford University located at Radford, Virginia. This project is generally described as the replacement of +/- 28,000 SF (Contractor to verify all quantities) of ballasted roof system. Scope of work is to remove existing roof system to the existing roof deck, replace with new insulation, coverboard and 90-mil EPDM (30-yr warranted) roof system complete and in accordance with Plans, Specifications & all Addenda.
