The project is generally described as: The project generally consists of the replacement and repair of existing finishes at the existing elevated entrance to Heth Hall, on the campus of Radford University. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new pedestal paver systems, brick repair, precast concrete edging and stairs, railings, and associated work. The building must remain operational at all times during construction.
